Delivery
Weekday orders before 2pm are printed the same day. Royal Mail 1st Class is free over £40 in the UK. Tracked and next-day options are on the checkout page.
Reprints and returns
A typo, a print fault or damage in the post: we reprint it free. Personalised goods are exempt from the 14-day change-of-mind right. Plain products can be returned within 14 days.
Photo tips
Use the largest file you have. JPEG or PNG, up to 25 MB. The editor warns you when a photo will print soft. You confirm that you have the right to use the photo and the words.
