These pages describe how this shop actually works. A registered company name, company number, and registered office are not stored in the application. Add them before treating this as a final legal notice. A solicitor should review it.

Terms and conditions

The service

In Picture sells photo-personalised products and gift cards through this website. You must be able to form a contract. You are responsible for the account you create and for keeping the password private.

Your photos and words

You confirm you have the right to use every photo and line of text you upload. We print what you submit. We may refuse an upload that we cannot legally print. Personalised items are made to your specification.

Orders and payment

A contract starts when payment is confirmed. Prices on the site include VAT. Gift card codes are created only after the gift card order is paid. An unpaid or failed checkout does not create a redeemable code.

Production and delivery

Most paid orders are printed within 24 hours of a weekday order placed before 2pm. Delivery times and prices are the shipping methods shown at checkout. We do not guarantee a delivery date unless a method on checkout says so. Tracking appears on the order once a shipment record exists. Opening the tracking page does not send an email.

Reprints, returns, and cancellation

If we misspell something you typed correctly, the print is faulty, or the parcel arrives damaged, we reprint it. Personalised goods are exempt from the 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right. Products that are not personalised can be returned within 14 days of delivery in a resaleable condition. Refunds go back to the original payment method after we receive the return. There is no automatic card refund from the website.

Gift cards

A gift card can be redeemed at checkout for its remaining balance. It is not cash. Codes that are expired, void, or already used for their full balance are rejected. We do not replace a code that was shared by the purchaser.

Referrals

A referral link attributes a new account and that person’s first qualifying order to the referrer. You cannot refer yourself. The reward amount is the amount stored on the referral, currently £5, and it is credited only when the referral qualifies. Duplicate attribution for the same email is not created twice.

Bulk orders and the club

A bulk form is a quote request, not an order. A club request is an application. Direct Debit is not taken from the club page until a payment provider is connected and the application is approved.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

Do not upload unlawful, hateful, or infringing material. The site design and product artwork we supply stay ours. Your photos stay yours; you give us a licence to store, print, and, if needed, reprint them for the order.

Liability and availability

We are not liable for loss caused by a photo you uploaded, a delay by a carrier, or the site being unavailable. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit. The shop can be withdrawn or changed.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales deal with disputes, without removing any right you have as a consumer to use your local court.
